Partnership Relations at UNCACED are an issue addressed at 2 levels:

Global Partners (outside Africa)

Globally, partners can work with UNCACED through: GEA4A Alliance or Fund Africa. GEA44 Members are otherwise referred to as "Partner Members" (in accordance with DRC's Statutes), and may be FUNDERS or EXPERTISE Partners. Expertise Partners can also be Implementing Partners, when it comes to International NGOs or for-profit business entities working or wishing to work in Africa. UN System Organizations can be both Financial Partners and Partners of Expertise (depending on the partnership context necessary and/or agreed at various times)

African Partners (from Africa)

On African Level, UNCACED Member Entities are of Great Privilege – Implementing Partners of the UNCACED’s Action Policies and Programs on the field, except for programs of special attention, requiring direct implementation by one of the UNCACED Specialized Institutions. They are the primary beneficiaries of UNCACED Programs and Funds. Thus, except in cases of humanitarian imperative, African States or Communities and Organizations can only benefit from UNCACED Funds and Programs when they are first members. In the event of a humanitarian imperative, through UNCAIDA – The UNCACED’s Agency for International Development Aide, non-member African communities and organizations can at some level benefit from UNCACED funds and programs under very rigorous criteria.
