Procedures and Members’ Conditions of Acceptability

The Article 6 of the DRC Statutes relating to the procedures and conditions of accession to UNCACED has set conditions under different statements as follows:

6.1. In accordance with the spirit that led to its creation and the adoption of its name, UNCACED cannot accept physical persons as members. The Right and Membership can only be granted to Only African Nations – Communities and Organizations (Corporations) that Boost Growth and the Advancement of Sustainable Economic Plans on the African Continent.

6.2. In certain exceptional cases, membership recognition may also be granted (through a serious procedure) to international organizations and foreign (public – private and multilateral) institutions working (or wishing to work) in Africa with a genuine beneficial specific mission to Africans and global humanity.

6.3. States, Regional or Sub-Regional Interstate Organizations, INGOs, Private and Community Institutions (including those of Research and Higher and University Education) as well as African or Foreign Multilateral Corporations with a Mission of Economic-Developmental Interest for Africa and wishing to become UNCACED’s Members shall express their interest to the UNCACED Board of Trustees.

6.4. After having read and understand Charters and any necessary instruments established by the organization for this purpose, Members freely adhere to the Collective Agreements through strong and transparent commitments valid for the greater benefit of their nations, communities and missions for Africa and for Humanity.

6.5. Actors Wishing to Become Members must have and present a Strategic and Sound Action Plan to UNCACED for the consolidation of peace and the sustainable growth of a community, territorial, national or regional entity (depending on the geostrategic scope of their missions).

6.6. After complying with the above set out criteria (from the 1st to the 5th Paragraph of the same article), and after his letter and membership fees have been deemed admissible, a Member is any legal person represented by a delegated physical person, to whom membership has been officially notified by the UNCACED Board of Trustees, and presented to the General Assembly, in a solemnly organized ceremony in accordance with the members’ oath and allegiance pledges to UNCACED, Africa and Humanity.

Members Allegiance Pledges

In accordance with point A.2 of the 2nd Chapter and the 7th paragraph of Article 6 dealing with Members and Pledging of Allegiance, it is announced as follows:

6.7. Members shall integrate themselves by oath and under allegiance pledges to UNCACED and Africa at an Ordinary or Extraordinary Session of the General Assembly. The Oath of Allegiance is filled with Comprehensive Promises and Principles, some of which include

  • Consolidating with Energy, Goodwill and Faith, all initiatives of community, national and continental importance, such as maintaining his support for healthy struggles aimed at peacefully ending wars, hostilities, violence and conflicts to promptly prioritize peace, growth and sustainability from the community and domestic level to the continental level.
  • Never attempt to be involved or to foster beneficial minds, behaviors or political plans to belligerences against UNCACED’s Peoples and Communities Members or against any other Africa's Boarder or Foreign Communities (Members or Partners of UNCARED or no). This will accordingly mean pledging oneself and to public to disobey and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any spirit, idea, mentality, behavior and act or attempt of betrayal and disloyalty; and so, engaging to transparently and brightly performing responsible (collective and individual) and trustworthy actions that efficaciously foster the UNCACED’s vision and mission for Africa and for Global Humanity.
  • Be willing to consent to a Consensual Financial MoU between UNCACED and his Entity on the Collective Raising of an African Peoples’ "Participatory Fund" for the Development of Africa and Foreign Aid.
  • Willingness to pay regular annual dues for maintenance of the mission and the implementation of the Organization’s Goals
  • Be willing to protrusively support any other UNCACED effort for the benefit of African and Foreign Communities in need.
