Facing the Africa's most complex challenges, UNCACED aims to be a Most Essential Giant Actor - Propellant of courageous and robust solutions for a new, more economically powerful Africa. Shaped into a highly professionalized institution with unique values, it has set out various policies, including those of specialized agencies, through which its various missions and strategic programs are implemented. The said specialized institutions are proposed by High Departmental Councils for specific objectives and missions to be carried out in this or that other Economic-Developmental Affairs Entity of Afro-Global Interest. Their mandates are more detailed in the 2080 Plan for Africa, a UNCACED’s first term of actions in which they play contributing roles with the sole aim of influencing a half-century of Strong Socio-Economic Reforms and Development in Africa.
