In accordance with Chapter 3 of the DRC Statutes (relating to Organs), on its point B.5 and Articles 38 – 41 (dealing with the creation and strategic importance of the GEA4A Alliance); the Global Economic Alliance for Africa "GEA4A" is created by the 8th statement of Article 9 and the 9th statement of Article 26 of the DRC Statutes, in accordance with the UNCACED Vision for Afro-Global Cooperation as well as the importance of the creation of a Responsible Body for the advancement of related strategic policies; the goal being of Building Africa with an Interconnected World, while making Future Afro-Global Cooperation, a Will, a Power and a Collective Intelligence at the service of Peoples and Cohesive Communities.
Under the Auspicious Leadership of the UNCACED Board of Trustees President, the GEA4A Members meet once a year in the GEA4A Summit during which they determine and engage in major decisive policies and, therefore, inject major resources into strategic sectors and plans for Africa’s Economy and Development, in accordance with the strategic action plans submitted by different missions and programs of the UNCACED’s Specialized Agencies on the field.
Other modalities of organization and functioning of the GEA4A Body are developed in charters and instruments provided for this purpose.
